What document should I download so I can review the deed restrictions specific to fences?

The board voted in 2012 to allow white fences.  The current board has the ability to allow them but wont.  They seam to want all our properties to rot away and devalue they do nothing to enhance the values of our homes. The more they try to prevent our development from becoming like others the more they make it just like others. Time to realize it 2018 and we are neighbors not some business venture.

The Mansion Farm Community voted in 2012 to NOT allow white vinyl fences. There is a current effort to find composite fencing that is of the 3 rail, split-rail design and color matching the current natural split-rail fencing throughout the community. Once this option is available we could put the information on a Ballot for voting prior to and at an Annual Meeting.
