I was looking at the financials and was wondering wouldn't tree maintenance, weed control and fertilizer, irrigation, landscape maintenance all fall under the landscape service contract? I am assuming that the electrical supplies go toward the landscaping as well. Call me silly but that all needs to be inclusive. Could someone please explain what the audit/review/compliation means and why we paid so much for it? Thank you.

well I hope you get an answer on this question as I was asking the same thing at the last meeting that was canceled. But took questions if we had one and this was brought up along with a few others.

But welcome back, it looks like you have come home to one big mess here, and we are still waiting to have a meeting to get some of the answers that have been raised on this blog. But it seems that something always comes up to cancel it.

If you're talking about the Audit/Taxes section, we were required to pay a ground water replenishment tax to "H2O" for the first time last year.  That was the majority of that catagory.  And because we have never needed to pay it in the past, it was not budgeted.  If this was not what you were talking about, please clarify and I will do my best to answer for you.

If you look at the Dec Financials #2 second page under takxes and other look at item 7020. We paid over $47,000 on this. Just wondering what that is. Is that to H2O? And can you please clarrify the landscaping to us? It seems to me that it should all be covered in the contract. Thank you.
