President Peggy Dorriety called the meeting to order at 7:34pm.

Gilly Simpson, a Financial Advisor for Edward Jones and Farmgate homeowner, presented banking options for the association?’s accounts per our request.

Metro Councilman James Peden was also present to answer any questions. Properties at Beulah Church & Fegenbush should be purchased by this summer to accommodate turn lanes.

Treasurer?’s Report ?– presented by Randa Murray
?• See attached dues delinquency report.
?• Income was $1110.37; Expenses were $3546.34; Account Balance is $81,955.39.
Architectural Control Committee
?• 8303 Huntsman Trail- request for privacy fence to close in yard around pool approved.
Maintenance Committee
?• L. Frazier removed storm debris and replaced gas light mantle at entrance. Stone pillar at entrance will be repaired after being hit.
?• An estimate by Frank Otte?’s for cleaning out and replacing the landscaping of the island on Harrodwood was approved.
Old Business
?• The proposed directory/by-law book has had a good response. The printing of it has been approved.
?• Yard Sale: May 10th & ID Junk Pickup: May 14. Please keep in mind that Sat., May 10th is not the best day for deliveries of any kind!
?• Reminder: Homeowners are capable of receiving the minutes much sooner by sending your email address to annesray@insightbb.com.
New Business
?• New homeowner, Melinda Patterson, was nominated and voted in to be the new Director of Zone 5. Thanks to Melinda for accepting the position!
?• A motion was made to switch our banking accounts over to an Edward Jones money market account due to a better interest rate and less fees. This was approved contingent on our CPA?’s advice.
?• There have been complaints regarding cars parked in homeowners?’ yards. Please keep in mind that a Metro Ordinance prohibits this.

REMINDERS
?• IF YOU PLAN TO MAKE ANY IMPROVEMENTS OR ADDITIONS TO YOUR PROPERTY, CONTACT YOUR ZONE DIRECTOR, PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE PROJECT.
?• KEEP YOUR DOG ON A LEASH AND RESPECT OTHERS PROPERTY BY CLEANING UP.
?• IF YOU NOTICE A STREET LIGHT PROBLEM, CALL LG&E @ 589-3500.
