Vice President Suzanne Tischendorf called the meeting to order at 7:35pm.

Treasurer?’s Report ?– presented by Randa Murray
?• See attached dues delinquency report.
?• Income was $1285.92; Expenses were $4655.55; Account Balance is $84,391.36.
Architectural Control Committee
?• 8311 Cabin Hill- request for 6ft privacy fence not approved. Deed restrictions only allow 6ft for yard w/pool. Request for 4ft fence around patio approved.
Maintenance Committee
?• L. Frazier removed the Christmas decorations and has continuously been picking up trash along the road, Stone Brook in particular.
?• When weather allows, median rocks will be repaired on Stone Brook.
Old Business
?• LAST CHANCE! Please send in directory form w/homeowners?’ information if you have not already. If anyone is interested in advertising, please send business card or info with $5.00 to the PO Box.
?• ID contract has expired. New rates will appear on upcoming bill. We still feel like this is the best deal. Donnie Ray will call to see if we can do even better if we were to get 80% of Farmgate to sign up as originally planned.
?• Information will be sought about options for banking to increase the interest earned on our accounts.
?• Reminder: Homeowners are capable of receiving the minutes much sooner by sending your email address to annesray@insightbb.com.
New Business
?• The 2008 Yard Sale will be on Saturday, May 10. ID junk pickup will be scheduled for the following Wednesday, May 14. Once again, there will be a Courier Journal ad and a sign placed out front.
?• Please keep an eye out for neighbors and report any vandalism to your home to the police. Three mailboxes were torn down in the 7300 block of Fieldstone.
?• Zone 5?’s Director?’s position is now vacant. Anyone interested in filling it, please come to the next meeting. THANK YOU to Rose House, who has resigned, for all of her hard work and dedication to the neighborhood! She put in many hours and much effort towards the mailbox project.
?• A thank you gift will be sent to the Highview Fire Dept for replacing the flags.
?• A donation of $50.00 will be given to Kosair Charities.

?• IF YOU PLAN TO MAKE ANY IMPROVEMENTS OR ADDITIONS TO YOUR PROPERTY, CONTACT YOUR ZONE DIRECTOR, PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE PROJECT.
?• KEEP YOUR DOG ON A LEASH AND RESPECT OTHERS PROPERTY BY CLEANING UP.
?• IF YOU NOTICE A STREET LIGHT PROBLEM, CALL LG&E @ 589-3500.
