Treasurer?’s Report ?– Presented by C. Sidebottom
?•See attached dues delinquency report.
?•Income was $872.50; Expenses were $3711.24; Account Balance is $93,634.44.

Architectural Control Committee
?•No requests were submitted.
?•Contact your Zone Director with any plans, so that it may be presented to the Board.

Maintenance Committee
?•Landscaping beds have been cleaned out and trimmed.
?•Christmas decorations were placed at both entrances and have since been removed.
?•Highview Hardware has given G. Byrd price quotes for snow removal. C. Sidebottom is waiting for a quote from another contact.

Old Business
?•Farm Gate Website is still under construction.
?•Mailbox information: The plastic mailboxes will not be arriving until spring. Due to an error at the factory, the order was not processed. Therefore, Highview Hardware is holding the order until the weather permits installation. Anyone interested in the free plastic mailbox that did not previously order one should contact their zone director asap. The metal mailboxes are all made and should be installed in January. Houses on Old Boundary and Cabin Hill will have to wait until all are available because installation has to occur at the same time for postal reasons.
?•Zone Directors for Zone 6 & 9: Members of zone 6 and 9, please consider representing your area. If you are interested in the position, please plan to attend the next regular meeting.

New Business
?•Neighborhood Yard Sale: Saturday, May 13, 2006. Prices for the newspaper advertisement and a banner or rented sign will be looked into by A. Ray.
?•A junk pickup for I.D. customers will be scheduled for the Monday after the yard sale, May 15th.
?•If you are interested in receiving the meeting minutes via email, please contact Anne Ray at annesray@insightbb.com.
?•How current the unpaid dues list is was addressed. If your name is on the list after you have paid your balance, it is most likely that the accountant printed off the list before a check cleared.
?•Some homeowners have complained that the new paving has caused water to stand at the end of their driveways. It is suggested that MSD be contacted about drainage problems.
