President Peggy Dorriety called the meeting to order at 7:32pm.

Treasurer?’s Report ?– presented by Randa Murray
?• See attached dues delinquency report.
?• Income was $3288.69; Expenses were $3707.62; Account Balance is $80,477.50.
Architectural Control Committee
?• No plans have been submitted at this time.
Maintenance Committee
?• Dogwood tree to be replaced in median.
?• Rocks to be repaired on Farmwood Way.
?• ?“No Soliciting?” sign on Old Boundary near Glaser repaired and hung back up.
?• Street sign at corner of Old Boundary and Springhouse is damaged.
Old Business
?• The yard sale is scheduled for May 12th from 9am to 3pm. As was done last year, a sign will be near the front entrance and a newspaper ad will be placed.
?• I.D. junk pickup will be May 16th. Items need to be out early. The truck was in the neighborhood by 7am the last time.
New Business
?• Realtors for foreclosed home on Cabin Hill will be contacted regarding boarded up windows.
?• Please be considerate of your neighbors by keeping your dogs in your own yard and not allow them to roam freely.
?• Watch your speed! Homeowners have expressed concern over individuals driving too fast on the neighborhood streets. Keep in mind that especially with the warm weather there are many children outside playing.
?• Metro Council member James Peden reported after meeting?’s end on the current status of the Beulah Ch/Fegenbush/Outerloop intersection. Due to many complaints regarding the design of a concrete median that would not allow left turns into businesses and patio homes, the plans have been put on hold for reevaluation. An announcement is scheduled for May concerning plans/changes. Projected start date is mid 2008, possibly 2009 if new plans are drawn up.
