Section 29 - Garages

Section 29. Garages. A garage able to accommodate a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of three (3) automobiles must be constructed and maintained for each residence. All garage doors must be pre-wired for garage door openers. Except for detached garages, interior walls of all garages must be sheetrock. No garage shall be permitted to be used or enclosed for living purposes, but must be maintained for storage of automobiles and other vehicles and related purposes. The roof material and siding material must be of equal material used on the Living Unit.
