I have noticed many basketball goals just sitting in driveways. What does the covents say about this? Are they not supposed to be put away and out of site when not in use? Please respond

I am sure that it says they are to be put away. This normally is from someone use is leasing. I think that if they contiune to break the rules then there shoulf be a fine.
