Public Improvements including sidewalk/curb repairs/reconstruction and parkway construction are scheduled for 39th St., Budlong, Browning, Leighton, Walton, Wisconsin Pl., Wisconsin St., 39th St., and 39th Pl.
Housing Rehabilitation Grants are being processed for over 70 homeowners.
Commercial District Project a 130,000 square foot offic building to be leased to Los Angeles county for their "Welfare to Work" program is being partially funded by TNI. This will generate future developments in excess of $20 million.
Commercial Code Enforcement along the Jefferson, Martin Luther King, Vermont, and Normandie corridors have resulted in 125 property inspections resulting in 79 orders to comply.
Senior Housing Project will provide 70 affordable housing units to seniors.
Commercial Fa?§ade Program will improve the retail center on the corner of Martin Luther King and Vermont.
