Estates of Red Lion

In the driveway of 5 Sheba Ct. there is a wrecked pick up truck that has been sitting there on four jack stands with no tires on it. This eyesore is being worked on and has been in this condition for several weeks. Not only is this dangerous, it could fall on a child, but it looks like a junk yard. Is this sort of thing allowed by the association rules ?

Now this wrecked truck is sitting on four cinder blocks and ready to fall on a neighborhood child with the slightest bump! I emailed the president of the neighborhood association and did not even get the courtesy of a reply! Why do we pay dues to an association that does nothing ?
