I too have had difficulties with the $20 cut and will be cutting ties. Has he offered to return your money?

We use them too, but never had that promise up front. We just agreed on the lawn care...no extras and have never paid for extras either. Sounds like you were able to get it handled though.

I got my money back....

I too had way too many problems, out of 6 weeks we had 6 weeks of problems, no shows, no edging just mowing, no mowing just edging, never blowing the grass of concrete, just a mess....

I was always able to get ahold of Richard Groter 469-360-1142, but always felt I had the run around.

I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, undertanding that it was a new business and I wanted to help the little guy out, but you can only take so much.

Therefore I told him that I was requesting my money back and I was no longer interested in the service they were to provide. He said he felt that I wasn't getting the run around, I told him fine that was his opinion and I had mine, but give me my money back and you can take me off your list.

He had promised a check back to me on a Monday 7-25-05, the day came and went and by Tuesday I was upset/angry so I chose to call him every hour on the hour for two days and by Wednedsay PM 7-27-05, I had my check. I had to make some threats like Posting this on website, (unknowing that so many others were having problems) and on the Wylie View and a full page ad in the Wylie Paper.

By this point I didn't care, it wasn't about the money, I wanted them to learn what good business is suppose to look like.

I wish others the best of luck, but I found someone else who is really good, and HONEST if you want his name give me a shout.

Get this today 8-3-05, his crew showed up at my house, go figure :}
