Enclave at White Rock Homeowners' Association

We received a letter from the HOA indicating that we have a drainage problem requiring correction. Several others apparently received the same letter, since the issue is mentioned in the August Board minutes. Can anyone recommend a power washing service and/or a reliable contractor to extend a French drain underneath our sidewalk? Thanks in advance.

Looks like you are having a drain installed in the sidewalk. Who are you using. I would like a bid.

I know we have been requested to fix the drainage problem on the sidewalks, and a drain under the sidewalk will solve this problem. However, I'm very concerned that if we all drain under the sidewalk into the street, the current drainage problem we have in the street will be substantially worse. Does anyone know if there are any plans to fix the street drainage problems?
