There seems to be a problem in our neighborhood with pets being left out in the homeowners' backyards where they bark at all hours of the day & night. I think that our homeowners should be more considerate fo their neighbors by puttin barking collars or taking their pets inside. There also seems to be a problem with homeowners allowing their cats to prowl the neighborhood at night. This is not responsible pet ownership.

Agree- Animals allowed to roam

I have noticed cats in my yard and also deal with neighboring dogs who tend to bark continuously as I work in my yard and at night on occasion. I wish I knew what to do to make neighbors aware and willing to change this. I think many neighbors do not care how it impacts their neighbors and their quality of life.

I have tried to catch the roaming cats with the intention of turning them over to animal control. I don't care who's cat it is, if they don't care about it enough to limit it's excursions into my yard then I don't care enough to notify them prior to calling animal control.
