Let's be stronger together than COVID-19

Posted in: N City Park

This is an extremely unsettling time for everyone.  I feel that it is my duty as a member of my community to take care of everyone around me.   Besides the usual precautions and advice from the Centers for Disease Control (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html), take care of your friends and neighbors.

None of us have to be or should be feelling alone right now!  Set up a phone tree or other way to safely communicate with neighbors and loved ones to check in every day and make sure that they are feeling well, that they have everything that they need, that someone cares.   Connect.   Call and have a conversation with someone.  We can all support each other emotionally.

Do what you can to stay healthy.  Wash your hands.  Minimize contacts.  Protect yourself, and protect others from you and what you may be carrying.   Be sensible.  Remain calm.  Manage your mental and emotional health too.

Our best chance of getting through this is to do it together (even if it's together-but-six-feet-apart).

I'm happy to do as much as I can to take care of my friends and neighbors.  Reach out to me, reach out to someone.

Nothing but love!

Laura
