Welcome to Columbia Square!

Columbia Square townhomes are conveniently located in DeKalb County north of Glenwood Road at Columbia Drive off Peachcrest Road, just 4 miles south of downtown Decatur. The 70 townhomes are located on 16 acres of wooded property that enjoy the quaint Cobbs Creek in the rear of the neighborhood. Robert E. Lanier Construction Company built the properties in 1972. Our Schools are Peachcrest Elementary, Bethune Middle and Towers High School. We are a diverse neighborhood that has the benefits of great location to the Decatur, East Lake, Kirkwood and Avondale Estates communities. We are less than 2 miles from I-285 and I-20 and enjoy low unincorporated DeKalb County property taxes! Thanks for making your home here and a great place to live even better
