I don't know if anyone has noticed lately but the gang activity is up on Lehnhardt. I have never seen it this bad?

I just walked my dog in the Santiago Park in Santa Ana. I noticed severeal hispanic males hanging around. Is the park a meeting place for gay men, or are they gang members?
