Easton Meadows HOA (NL)

I for one would vote to get rid of the HOA, seems they are just causing problems.

rwolhar...although I may have disagreed with you in the past on some issues...I am 100 % behind you on this one...if you are right.. lets do it..who wants to pay 150 per year to be restricted????

You Organize it...

and people will fall in line behind it....we all paid good money for our homes...we dont need to be told like a bunch of 2 yr olds what we can and cannot do to "individualize" our properties....

No one that paid 300,000 plus on their home is gonna want to see it go down in value...so who are they kidding? Orchard hill will not turn into a trailer park without an HOA....GUARANTEED !
