As most of the residents of the Easthaven Neighborhood will have noticed by now, the speedbump project for 2006 has been completed. Three speedbumps went in around May 20th. So far effect on speeding out of neighborhood traffic has been minimal, which is not suprising considering that the bumps are not very big, and are too few in number.
