I'm a single woman living in downtown Bothell, Washington and I'm constanctly followed, intimidated, bombarded with noise by vigilantes in the community. There must be others in this area that are not involved with this community bullying that notice something amiss about the level of noise and strange behavior in the downtown area particularly.
