Eagle Eyes (Forest Hills Grid 18)

Forest Hills Rec Center Activity

Posted in: Eagle Eyes - Forest Hills Grid 18

If you live near the Forest Hills Rec Center, then you know how many people hang out near the Seneca end playing loud music and making "deals" at night -- hidden in the thick of the oaks, down in the valley.

There's only one way to put a stop to it.

And that is to (ANONYMOUSLY, if you prefer) pick up your phone and put in a call to TPD every time it happens. Don't make yourself obvious that you don't like what you see. Quietly, in the privacy of your home, pick up the phone and call 231-6130 and tell the dispatcher that you wish to remain anonymous because you fear retaliation, but this is what's going on at this moment (large gatherings, noisy gatherings, etc). Even if you don't give your name, you can ask the dispatcher for a "call for service" report number so that you can follow up on the call if you want to. If you can see tag numbers to give to TPD, that would be even better . . . but be discreet; you don't want to be obvious about it if you are afraid of retaliation.

If you don't report it, not only will it continue -- it will get worse. If you still don't want it going on but you still fear retaliation, email us at EagleEyeGrid18@YAHOO.com. We'll figure out a plan; that's why we have a Neighborhood Watch. But we can't do it without your help. We're here to help, but we can't help you if you won't tell us what you need help with.

That doesn't surprise me one bit. There was a house across the street that was dealing. Not sure if they're still there or not.
