East 103rd Street Block Association

I'm new to this but I hope someone at the community board can guide me.

I live at 581 Warren between 3rd and 4th Ave. The building next to me (583) is a new vacant residential building that was completed over a year ago. The empty lot to the east of 583 is a fenced off area that is a complete eye-sore.

I have photos that show it filled with an abandoned car, lots of garbage and abandoned furniture.

How do I find the owner and request he/she clean up the lot?

Hi Tom, I'm in the same situation as you. Were you ever able to resolve your situation? I tried calling 311 and they sent sanitation to clean the side walk but they did not touch the lot itself.
