My checks for the monthly homeowners association dues have been returned and the funds returned to my bank account.  What on earth is going on?  True Community or something like that, is the last management company that told me to send them the monthly dues.  Did we change management companies again???  And how do I get in touch with someone on the Board since the management company fails to return my phone calls?

Hello, I just happen to come across your post. I am a concerned homeowner in a condo complex in Gardena, which is managed by True Community. This complex was managed by Harris Properties for several years, and suddenly last year the Board of Directors switched to True Community with no explanation to the homeowners. You are correct in saying that management company does not return calls, and the Board is a challenge to deal with.
