To get a vote passed, isn't it something like 65% of 100% of homeowners (including landlords) to get anything passed??????????  I'm sure 100% wasn't there, because we weren't notified of the meeting until minutes before a neighbor left for the meeting.  Please answer THIS question "organizers" of  the meeting!   THIS MEETING SHOULD HAVE BEEN POSTED ON THE SITE THE DAY THE FLYERS WERE DISTRIBUTED....AT LEAST!  NOT THE MORNING BEFORE THE MEETING!  Very angry homeowner and long time dues payer!!!!

I agree with the above.  I feel we do not always meet the criteria of the 65% of the 100% votes.  There was mentioned of raising the Fees, I do not agree with raising these dues when more than 50% does not fulfill their responsibility.  I will pay my fair share as I always have.  I want my neighborhood to be beautiful and we need those who do not pay to step up to the plate.  At least attempt to keep up on their own property and help others. 

I believe Fritz brought some excellent ideas to the meeting.  We need to work together and try to make this work.  I like the idea Roger presented, "We need to take small steps first". 

Tonight the regular payers deemed to continue to collect these Dues to maintain the contract to mow these areas (detention). Those of us who always pays, take pride in our neighborhood and homes, we agreed to continue to keep the association in tact to see if we can get more involvement and participation from others.  A few cannot continue to finicially support this Association and Subdivision without full cooperation of all homeowners. 

Let's make our neighborhood better, safe, and more enjoyable by lending a helping hand to each other.

Please Neighborhood of Hamilton Highland Subdivision, Come to our next meeting, offer a helping hand to make our neighborhood the best it can be.  Let's watch out for each other and keep everyone safe.
