Thank you for choosing Drayton Place/Kernan Chase as your home! As Board members we are proud to be a part of this community and will work hard to see that the standard of living in this neighborhood is up to the highest standards. We look forward to working with all the residents to make sure our streets are safe, our lawns are kept to the standards set forth in the covenants and the general appearance of the community is one that attracts potential new homeowners and keeps our property values growing.

This is your Homeowners Association. As part of this community it's up to you to make sure your board of directors leads it in a direction to become the community you want it to be. Without your input the board has a very limited idea of what the community's needs and wants are so please make sure you attend meetings and use this web site to voice your opinions and concerns.

The power of your Vote!

As we move forward as a community, change is surely the one constant we have to look toward. Once yearly you have a say as to who runs the Homeowners Association. You can make better decisions when you stay informed. You can make sure you stay informed by attending the Board Meetings throughout the year. By casting your vote you decide who and how this board is run! We promise no Butterfly Ballots in our voting booths!
