He seems like the type of person who would make prank phone calls.
Janice, he does seem to follow you where ever you go.
He's obviously a very miserable little person who tries to spread his misery on other people.
I think he's a person who is very used to being disliked.

Maybe he's secretly in love with you, and can't express it, which is why he acts like Ray says! That's it! He's jealous of Joe! Remember the kid in third grade who would punch you in the arm if he had a crush on you?

Stalker came to mind for me too, Sue. Let's hope it's just post stalking. As for the ''secretly in love with me'', all I have to say to that is, euuuuu (not sure how to spell that), but I am sure you get my drift.
