Fence Ideas
I would vote for a community idea for the fence. We are all in this neighborhood together. Everything we do influences all of our home values. If we do nothing, the neighborhood goes down and we all suffer. If we work at improving things, the neighborhood improves and values go up. It is frustrating to see small, marginal neighborhoods in Denver go for $200-$300/sq ft and we can barely get $120. Let's work at improving the neighborhood!!
