How do I recommend to the Community Board to institute a no balls/toys rule?  Most responsible dog parks have this rule as balls and toys are the most common cause of problems between dogs (and their owners).  I think it would be both fair and safe to institute a no toy rule at least 3 days a week (and at least one day on the weekend).

 Is there a way to try and get this instituted?
