Jay Jasper will come to the garden with his students on Fridays between 12-1;45. they will turn our compost and also deliver worm castings in the bin marked with the heart symbol.
It was tentatively agreed to order a compost delivery for the fall.
Preparations for the annual mandatory meeting to be held on May 12 at 6:30 PM were made.
Cards shall be mailed to all members this weeks detailing agenda and proxy policy.
The open garden hours sheet is posted in the shed - please sign up - with priority on the upcoming weekends.
The members list and plot map were updated. So was the flier for the may 14 sidewalk sale.
The rain date for this event will be May 15. members are invited to donate items for sale and help in the sale of seedlings and perennials.
Citizens of NY proposal status - we are still awaiting a response. They will schedule a site visit. The proposal involves a grant for workshops for at risk youth - such as herbology, kung fu, literacy
The Summer solstice party will take place on June 19
