Woke up to no phone or internet again. 3 out of last 5 days no services for hours.
Don't get Spectrum you will be sorry! These long outages don't count all the times it goes down for less than 1 hour. Constant sorry service. One would think we live in a remote area and not in a major city!
So bad that CS Chat said just write them all down and contact us at the end of the month and we will give you a credit for any days if out 2 hours or more. They say not including power outages or storms. The day it rained Easter they claimed it was severe weather that took the cable out. I just had rain and not even that heavy. Two days earlier it was clear and sunny and still out.
I wonder if it is the power line work up on South Blvd is taking it down. That has gone on for months.
