Welcome to the Neighborhood

Our neighborhood perimeter includes the Detweiller Marina to the Bluff (including Starr Terrace) and from Spring Street to Abington/Grant St.

Neighborhood meetings are on the first Monday of the “even” months: Feb, April, June, August, October and December.

Please join us! We welcome anyone who owns, rents, lives, works, or plays in the area, we are all neighbors!

Take pride in the neighborhood and be involved.

We meet at 7PM at New Church, 1400 NE Monroe Street.

About our association

Welcome to the Neighborhood

We are part of Peoria’s North Valley. The name change to “The Detweiller Marina Neighborhood” took place in 2003 since the Detweiller Marina makes up most of the neighborhood's boundary.

Our neighborhood association boundaries are from the Detweiller Marina to the Bluff (including Starr Terrace) and from Spring Street to Abington/Grant St. Our neighborhood association meetings are on the first Monday of the “even” months: Feb, April, June, August, October and December. Please join us. Whether you own, rent, live, work, or play in the area, we are all neighbors! Take pride in it and get involved. We meet at 7PM at New Church, 1400 NE Monroe.
