Maybe its my imagination but does anyone notice the increase in sex offenders in Waterford? I looked up the names and addresses of offenders in our neighborhood and my jaw hit the floor. I am not at all happy with this. I also noticed some were very near schools. What exactly is the law concerning sex offenders here, does anyone know?
