I have checked the web site & it dose not even come close to answering my posted questions.

Not everyone in the development has a computer. If they have a computer they are not aware of the Orchard Hill web site. I only recently became aware of the web site. As previously stated the people I have talked to do not know what's going on with the Home Owners Association. They have not received any minutes from the Management Co. or the Home Owners Ass. As previously stated most of the home owners are in the dark as to what has transpired at the meetings. All meeting notices and minutes should be put in writing and mailed to the home owners.

The next general homeowners meeting is scheduled for Monday September 29th at 7 pm at the Milford Public Library Conference Room.

Using this website or others saves the HOA money on postage and time preparing letters. If members do not have a computer, which i'd say almost everyone does have, then they can go to the library to check updates and read posts.

Maybe a bulletin board in the model homes front lawn would be a good way to pass on information.
