I observed the abilty to make a personl web page ..but did not see a link to view the web pages..is the because there are no personal web pages made yet? did I miss the link?

Kittie, Yes, it is because there have been none made yet. if you are a resident of the fairgrounds please feel free to make a page and send it to your friends/family.
