Can anyone explain how you can be 31-60 days past due on the Annual Assessment when it was just received in the mail today?

I was contacted by Ron Sutton on my cell phone, can someone tell me who is he.  Not only is he rude he need to be fired from his position on the broad.  And which one of my so called neighbors gave him my cell number only three people in this delevlopment has it you call yourself friends .  This was illegal.
