Del Paso Manor Homeowners Assn.

I have heard tales of a homeless person living in Oraville wright park area...... he supposedly harasses people who use the park ....... haven't heard anymore on this person other than that ..... does anyone out there have any other information on this subject ???? Also I have heard of St. Mark's actually busing homeless people from other areas in Sacramento and bringing them to their church ..... if this is correct this is quite disturbing for our neighborhood !!!! Does anyone out there have any other information on this subject..... If anyone has information on these two topics please give us your input .......
