Del Mar Neighborhoods United

And so it begins...

Posted in: Laredo Highline
Susan and I attended our first LHNA meeting last night (9/13).

It was good to meet the other members and to get a feel for what transpires at the meeting.

Susan and I noted a lack of young homeowners in attendance. It seemed the majority of folks had a fair amount of snow on the roof - so we felt right at home. [grin]

Lots of good information was imparted from a number of knowledgeable people. All-in-all it was a good experience and we are looking forward to the next meeting as well as the Neighborhood Watch meeting on October 18th.

OF NOTE: ''Meet the Candidates'' will also be held at Laredo Elementary the evening of October 11th. Something you won't want to miss if you care about who represents you!

Hello All,

I was also at the meeting. I know that Renie Peterson's campaign kick off was mentioned. The announcement also said that it would be taking place at Dry Dock Brewery. Did anyone happen to catch the time of the kick off event. I believe that it was set for this Thursday, the 18th of July.

Much appreciated
