I am a homeowner on Madra Ave near Del Cerro Blvd. A year ago the action councel voted to have the power lines put under ground for Madra Ave. The powerlines have been put underground on the Golfcrest side of Madra but not the Del Cerro side of Madra. Is this still an intended action and if so, when is it going to happen?
