Hello Neighbors in the Sycamore Dr/Fairview/Ridgeland Ave area.  If you are the owner of the early morning and sometimes middle of the night (12/27 at 1am) barking dog please be mindful of your neighbors and bring your dog inside when it starts to bark excessively.  I understand that dogs bark, however consistent barking starting at 5am and lasting in excess of 30min to an hour is unacceptable.  Please be a considerate neighbor and address this situation.
