Decatur Township Civic Council

I received the letter from the HOA!  It is a joke, why do we have an HOA to begin with?  It states, our cost went up to remove trees...what trees?  Each home owner takes care of there damaged property!  You stated in the letter that we have crime watch, that is a joke!!  I see drug deals in my court all the time.. You ask for license plate numbers which I provide and nothing is done!   You have NO reason for cost to go up this year for the HOA!  We had a  drought, so therefore cost should not go up, crime has not be solved as far as a patrol officer on duty!  You put in a brand new park for what in the court??  For more drugs to be dealt.   I can't even let my child go over their!  From what I have seen and whom I have talk to our money is going for bigger boobs and a much needed face lift in the future!    Our dues are going into your because you own the management property!
