Reminder for Home Improvements
Prior approval from the DCSA is required for both additions and home improvements projects such as decks, fences, patios, and swimming pools, etc....please make sure you contact the Trustees before beginning any construction. Approval is also required by St. Louis County and the City of Wildwood.
