It would be really nice if someone would write an article about Ms. Joan Shelly leaving Rainwater. I would like to know where she is going and who will replace her?

Also, how do people get information about any sex offenders in the area?

Something was said in the meeting about the dirt storage on the Moore property possibly being in violation of Federal Laws?

I think we should contact Ms. Zorn on Ms. Shelley, Also on our home page there is a link to the Carrollton Police Dept. on that site all the sex offenders are identified with pictures.
