Crismon Creek HOA

Legal Notes

Oct 08, 2003

In an on-going effort to help create a great neighborhood, this section of the newsletter will be used to remind you of various CC&R regulations or other potential problems within the neighborhood. Please remember that violations of the CC&Rs should be reported to Roberty O?’Kelley.

***Over-Seeding
Due to the continued water shortages facing our state, the City of Mesa has requested that over-seeding be optional. Therefore, this year homeowners will not be required to over-seed their lawns as mandated in the CC&Rs. Everyone will still be expected to maintain their yard by keeping it weed-free and follow all other regulations. The Association will do its part by only over-seeding the parks, while the water-retention basins will be allowed to go fully dormant.

***Parking
Please remember that parking on the streets is against the CC&R regulations. Cars parked on the street can potentially block emergency vehicles and can hinder drivers from seeing children playing. Cars should be parked in the garage or on concrete driveways, never on rock paths.

***Garages
It is important to remember to close your garage door when you will not be outside, especially during the night. Although we have a great neighborhood, many people make a living taking things from other peoples unattended garages.
