I have lived here for 9 years . It's hard to stop crime ,when the owners and the board members allow the people that commit crimes to live here. Frank has renters that have been arrested , on house arrest , and the police have gone to these house at least 2 to 3 times a month . They do nothing to stop the crime , as long as they get there rent checks. Plus , I think that if you rent a house in the Oaks , You should not be on the board. Hard to see them writing them self up for there bad renters or even fine themselves for breaking the rules.
