Crestridge

FROM THE EDITOR

Apr 25, 2003

So much has happened since I last put fingers to keyboard to write this newsletter. The holidays have come and gone as well as the Association?’s Annual Meeting. Our perimeter fencing has been completed and paid for. The major event, however, is the war in Iraq. This undoubtedly has affected all of us especially those of you who are military families. Whether you are for or against our involvement in Iraq, the news coverage has reminded us of the importance of FREEDOM. Most of us don?’t know what it?’s like to live under oppression. Some of you living here in Crestridge may have come here to escape tyranny or may have family members or friends still living under such conditions. Whatever you feel about the events of the past months, all of us should be thankful for the freedom we enjoy and we should pray for those who are risking their lives to preserve it. Perhaps we cannot do much to directly help those who are in harms way, but we can love our neighbors and support each other. Remember, all it takes for evil to spread is for good men to do nothing.
