Nice Place to Live

We all have to abide by our deed restrictions. At times some may seem ordain to you, but there is a reason for them. We want to keep our neighborhood a nice place to live.

Trash Can Violations

One of the most common violations is leaving your trash can out. The trash can must be put out of view, except for trash day.

Basketball Hoops

The portable basketball hoops are allowed in our neighborhood for use, but only if they are put out of view every evening. The hoops can not be left out over night. Also having permanant installed hoops are in violation.
