if you look at the this website,the hoa has you home posted like its for sale.and they say that your home is valued higher that what it really is.i am paying for my home,but i have no power to stop the hoa from posting my home information .manufactured homes are being sold that are not worth the large price that is being ask for.i am a manufactured  home owner in the wynchase crossing,and  i would not ever be fooled into buying through a manufactured home dealer.if you buy ,buy a foreclosed manufactured or  a house.dont pay a large price for a lower quality home.and if you are smart.dont ever buy a home in a area that is controlled by a hoa.most claim to be christians.but they wont be able to spend all that money that they covet from there fellow man after they are gone.and all the riches wont buy there way into heaven.       be a human being and stop this sinning organization-THE HOA
