Dear Resident,

With the arrival of the New Year it is time to renew your membership in the Home Owners Association. Your membership dues of $75.00 support the following crime prevention and maintenance issues highlighted below. And as always if you have extra time or talent your neighbors always appreciate your time to help with a committee.

*Crime Strike Security Patrols
*Newsletter publication
*Maintenance and improvement of entrances and common areas
*Enforcement of deed restrictions and City ordinances
*Representation on City of Dallas and RISD issues

The safety of our neighborhood is a primary concern. We urge you to contribute additional funds earmarked specifically for police patrols so that we may keep criminal activity to a minimum. Whether you lease or own your home, it is our hope you will become involved by joining your neighborhood HOA today.
