The site plan for this site will be dealt with as an administrative decision by the Planning Dept of the City of Aurora on the 15 April 04. Objections need to be filed with the Director of Planning at least 5 days earlier. Plans may be inspected at the City offices of the Planning Dept during normal business hours.
The site is located on Gartrell and Dry Creek Road. The Eckherd Drug store is planned as part of a Retail and Office developement on 13 acres of land between Dry Creek and the South bound E470 on ramp. Entry to the site is off Dry Creek and will be controlled onto Gartrell by the traffic lights to be erected as part of the Target site on the opposite side of Gartrell.
