When is someone going to address the issue of the boats parked in driveways? Isn't this against the plat restriction?

if boats parked in driveways are against the code - then call the police and report it.  they will go to the house and tell them they need to move the boat.

No Sir....Please call the Norman Action Center and ask for Code Enforcement!

Here here.

If you want to throw a big fit about boats in the driveways, I will address EVERY issue. For example, sheds have certain requirements, or grass is only supposed to be a certain height. Also, animals are not supposed to roam freely. I also know for a fact that not all residents pay their HOA fees. I would rather abolish this JOKE of a HOA, because there are only hands full of people that follow the guidelines. There is only one "shed" in the neighborhood, of the dozen that meet requirements. Every empty lot not only has over four feet of grass, but also has piles of debris being stored on them. Pets... Do you really want me to get into pets? I would think you would be better off trying to get rid of the HOA, or moving than you would trying to enforce this issue. If there is something wrong with a boat on the driveway, then I would have to say a parked car or even three, or four (which are in some of the residents) would also be an eye soar. If you want I have no problem discussing this at a HOA meeting. Oh wait... I have been here 4 years and only one meeting. I think the money is buying someone some new shoes, because I don't see crap being done.
