CURRENT PROJECTS:

The painting of the community is well under way and is moving faster then we had previously expected. The Board is pleased with the progress so far and the buildings that have been completed look great. Please work with the crew when they get to your building. They will need to gain entry to your backyard .

The Board is still working with our landscape company to put rock into areas that grass does not grow. Mainly these will be the small areas behind fences and along walkways. This will ultimately save money for the association with watering and seeding as well as create a neat tidy appearance. This will be an ongoing project and will be done as funds are available.
